Q: What are the requiremenets and expectaions from a Coach

A: We strive to partner with individuals looking to help pave the way for the next generation of Athletes through Faith & Athletics. The goal should be similar as every single day we have a chance to celebrate our Faith and help those take that next forever step. You should be driven hard to be a Leader through Faith. This is a game. Games need to be fun. Help develop children but also make sure there is room for Family and Faith. We do not need to be slaves to a field. We don't worship a field, we worship Jesus.

Q: What does it cost?

A: We feel that times continue to get tough and we also see rising cost from organization dues. Our Goal just like mine when I led was to be family first. We will never ask for anything from your parents. We feel monthly dues should just be an even mix of uniforms, practice times, tournaments, etc. We want to offer Bible Studies for teams, not collect money. We have never taken a dime in this effort.

Q: What do teams wear?

A: We have a pretty awesome Uniform Package for Games and practice that everyone wears. We want the kids to feel that they are apart of something cool so we try to go above and beyond in that effort. Teams will work with a member of the team to get you set up.

Q: What else am I missing?

A: We want your team to make sure that weekly Youth Group is available. We also want to make sure that you really get this when we say Church is important. IF you have a tournament Sunday, then lets all go to a weekly service together. Let's continue to fill our much needed cup with Jesus.

Q: What stats do we care about?

A: The only thing we ask is that we have a tracker of your individual church attendance per week with a percentage. Do you have to be perfect? Of course not and some athletes may not be there yet but if we do our job and get them closer then we are playing a huge part in helping them walk the best life possible.

Q: For profit company means what?

A: We are not a non profit company but we also aren't asking for team dues therefore it is on the coach to translate that to the parents. You are a Team Ambassador and we are not liable for any misuse of funds. We waive all rights to any funds collected to help pay for practice, tournaments or any other necessary items. If you fundraise you need to be sure to communicated that with the local business what they are donating towards.
