Looking for Leaders: Become a Four One Sports Team Ambassador

Looking for Leaders: Become a Four One Sports Team Ambassador

Looking for Leaders: Become a Four One Sports Team Ambassador to lead this generation.

Faith First. Family Second. Sport Third.

Youth sports have become more competitive than ever before. The pressure to win, travel more, spend more money, and chase rankings can sometimes cause us to lose sight of what matters most. With that being said, let's leave those unnecessary Organization fees in the bank. If Peter could sell a land and donate the entire sale to the church then who are we to act any other way? SO... as we started, know this is a little long of a message but if Faith is a top priority, it may be worth the read.

At Four One Sports, we believe there is a better way.

We are looking for leaders who have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing athletes both on and off the field. We are seeking Team Ambassadors across the United States who want to represent the Four One Sports Christian Athlete Brand and build teams that stand for something greater than trophies and championships.

Our mission is simple:

Faith First. Family Second. Sport Third.

Not just words on a website. Not just something we say at tryouts. A lifestyle we commit to every day.

When faith comes first, athletes learn their identity is found in Christ and not in statistics, playing time, rankings, or scholarships.

When family comes second, athletes understand that the people who love and support them matter more than any game they will ever play.

When sport comes third, the game becomes a blessing rather than a burden.

That's how sports should be.

More Than a Team

A Four One Sports team is not just another travel ball organization.

We envision teams gathering weekly for Bible studies. We see athletes serving their communities together. We see coaches leading with character and integrity. We see players attending church camps, worship nights, outreach events, and mission opportunities.

We want athletes to develop their skills while growing in their relationship with Jesus.

The goal is to create an environment where sports are fun, competitive, and developmental without making the game feel like a full-time job.

Kids should still be kids.

Families should still have time together.

Athletes should be able to enjoy their sport without feeling constant pressure and burnout.

Living Like the Early Church

One of the most powerful examples in Scripture is found in the Book of Acts.

In Acts 2:44-45, we read:

"All the believers were together and had everything in common. They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need."

The early church understood something many of us have forgotten.

Life is not about accumulating more for ourselves.

It is about serving others.

It is about generosity.

It is about helping people grow closer to God.

As costs continue to rise across youth sports, many organizations have responded by increasing fees, charging more dues, and placing heavier financial burdens on families.

At Four One Sports, we want to challenge that mindset.

We believe we should be looking for ways to help families, not make youth sports more expensive.

We believe there is a better way to steward the resources God has entrusted to us.

The Book of Acts reminds us that believers are called to be generous, supportive, and community-minded. We should be asking ourselves how we can use our resources to impact lives rather than simply grow organizational bank accounts.

Our time on earth is temporary.

The impact we make for Christ is eternal.

Why We Don't Believe in Organization Dues Just to Wear a Uniform

One of the things that separates Four One Sports is our philosophy regarding team dues.

Simply put:

We do not want families paying large organization fees just to wear a uniform.

That is not our vision.

Instead, we would rather see those funds invested into things that truly help athletes and families grow:

  • Private lessons
  • Team development opportunities
  • Church camps
  • Christian conferences
  • Community outreach projects
  • Worship events
  • Family experiences
  • Faith-based leadership training

If a family has extra resources available, we want those dollars creating lasting impact rather than simply paying for organizational overhead.

Our goal is to remove barriers, not create them.

A Team in Every State

Imagine what could happen if Christian coaches across America united around a common mission.

Imagine a Four One Sports youth softball team in Florida.

A Four One Sports youth baseball team in Ohio.

A Four One Sports club hockey team in New York.

A Four One Sports basketball team in Indiana.

A Four One Sports volleyball team in California.

A Four One Sports soccer team in Texas.

Different sports.

Different communities.

One mission.

Our vision is to have a Four One Sports Team Ambassador in every state, building teams that represent Christ through competition.

To maintain quality and create strong local communities, our goal would be to have only one Four One Sports team per age group in each state. This creates exclusivity, accountability, and a strong culture built around faith, family, and development.

We aren't interested in building the biggest organization.

We're interested in building the right organization.

Are You the Leader We're Looking For?

We are searching for coaches, mentors, and leaders who are willing to stand for something bigger than wins and losses.

Leaders who believe character matters.

Leaders who believe faith should be part of everyday life.

Leaders who want to invest in athletes long after the final game is played.

If you have a heart for coaching and a passion for helping athletes grow spiritually, mentally, and physically, we would love to talk with you.

Together, we can build a nationwide movement of Christian athletes who compete with excellence, serve with humility, and live boldly for Christ.

Because at Four One Sports, we're not just building teams.

We're building disciples.

God Chooses the Unexpected: Raising Up Leaders for His Purpose

Throughout Scripture, God consistently chooses people that the world overlooks.

Not the most qualified by human standards.

Not the most powerful.

Not the most polished.

But the willing.

David was the youngest brother, overlooked in the field while others stood tall in battle-ready armor. Yet God called him a king.

Gideon saw himself as weak and insignificant, hiding while fear surrounded him. Yet God called him a mighty warrior and used him to deliver a nation.

Moses struggled with confidence and speech, questioning whether he was even capable of leading. Yet God used him to confront Pharaoh and lead His people out of slavery.

Mary was a young woman from an ordinary background, unknown to the world. Yet God chose her to carry the Savior.

Time and time again, God shows us the same truth:

He does not choose based on what people expect.

He chooses based on the heart.

At Four One Sports, this is the kind of leadership we want to cultivate.

We are not searching for the most recognized names, the most decorated resumes, or the most polished resumes on paper.

We are looking for leaders of life.

Men and women who put God first in everything they do.

Leaders who understand that character matters more than status.

Coaches who care more about discipleship than reputation.

Ambassadors who are willing to serve athletes, families, and communities with humility and purpose.

When God is first, everything else falls into place.

Wins become a byproduct, not the priority.

Success becomes defined by obedience, not applause.

Opportunities come not because we chase them for ourselves, but because we walk faithfully in what God has already placed in front of us.

We believe if we raise up leaders who truly seek God first, everything else—growth, impact, opportunity, and provision—will take care of itself in His timing.

Because when God is leading the mission, no position is too small, no beginning is too humble, and no person is ever overlooked.

He has always used the unexpected.

And He is still doing it today.

The Ultimate Victory Isn't Found on the Scoreboard

One of the greatest misconceptions in youth sports today is that winning is everything.

The truth is, winning is temporary.

The championship trophies eventually collect dust.

The rings get put away.

The banners fade.

The records are broken.

And one day, every athlete will play their final game.

Years from now, very few people will remember the score of a championship game. Most won't remember who won a tournament on a random weekend in June. What they will remember are the relationships, the lessons learned, the moments shared with teammates, and the impact people had on their lives.

More importantly, God won't ask us how many games we won.

He'll care about how we lived, how we served others, how we represented Him, and how we used the gifts He entrusted to us.

At Four One Sports, we believe the ultimate victory is not found on a scoreboard. It is found in pursuing Jesus, growing in your faith, and becoming the person God created you to be.

When athletes learn to love God first, something amazing happens. The pressure to perform begins to disappear. The fear of failure loses its grip. Athletes become free to compete with joy, confidence, and purpose because their identity is no longer tied to wins and losses.

We also believe developing a genuine love for the game matters.

God has given every athlete unique talents and abilities. Sports should be an opportunity to glorify Him, enjoy the gifts He has provided, and compete with excellence. The game should inspire passion, growth, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime.

If our athletes leave our program with championships but no relationship with Christ, we have failed.

If they leave with trophies but lose their love for the game, we have failed.

If they leave burned out, exhausted, and believing their worth is tied to their performance, we have failed.

But if they leave loving Jesus more than when they arrived, loving their family more deeply, serving others more faithfully, and carrying a lifelong passion for the sport God allowed them to play, then we have achieved something far greater than a championship.

That is the kind of victory that lasts forever.

As Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, "Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you."

At Four One Sports, we will always pursue championships with effort and excellence. We will compete hard and honor the game. But we will never allow winning to become our god.

Because long after the final out is recorded, the final buzzer sounds, or the final whistle blows, our relationship with Christ remains.

And that will always be the ultimate victory.

More Than Coaching: Helping Athletes Navigate the Recruiting Journey

One of the biggest misconceptions in youth sports is that wearing the right jersey, attending the most expensive tournaments, or paying the highest team fees automatically leads to college opportunities.

The reality is much different.

Recruiting is not about the logo on the front of the jersey.

Recruiting is about visibility.

Recruiting is about relationships.

Recruiting is about understanding the process and putting athletes in front of the right people at the right time.

At Four One Sports, we are looking for Team Ambassadors and coaches who want to be involved in helping athletes navigate their recruiting journey, not just coach games on the weekends.

Too many families spend thousands of dollars chasing exposure without truly understanding how college recruiting works. The truth is that opportunities often come from proper communication, strategic marketing, player development, and genuine relationships with college coaches.

I've experienced this firsthand.

Recently, I worked with an athlete that many people would have considered "too late" in the recruiting process. Some would have assumed the window had already closed and that there weren't many opportunities remaining.

Instead of accepting that outcome, I got involved.

Through direct outreach, networking, and marketing the athlete to college coaches around the country, I personally sent emails and communicated directly with programs that fit the athlete's needs.

The result?

More than 72 college programs from across the United States responded directly to my outreach efforts alone.

Not because the athlete played for the biggest organization.

Not because of a flashy uniform.

Not because thousands of dollars were spent on unnecessary fees.

Because the athlete was marketed correctly.

Because the athlete's information was put in front of the right coaches.

Because relationships matter.

Because recruiting is ultimately about connecting the right athlete with the right opportunity.

This is one of the reasons Four One Sports wants leaders who are willing to invest in athletes beyond the field of play.

We want coaches who care about development.

We want ambassadors who care about helping families understand the recruiting process.

We want mentors who are willing to make phone calls, send emails, build relationships, and advocate for athletes when opportunities arise.

Our goal isn't simply to create better players.

Our goal is to create pathways.

Pathways to college opportunities.

Pathways to leadership.

Pathways to stronger faith.

Pathways to lifelong success.

Because every athlete deserves someone in their corner who genuinely wants to see them succeed—not because of what they can gain from them, but because helping young people reach their God-given potential is what servant leadership is all about.
